Who is in your diverse group of advisors?
It's important to reach out for varied perspectives and advice. I try to have people on my board from three key groups:
- Personal
- Industry
- Development e.g. C-suite exec coach
It's also valuable to have advisors who are more senior and junior to you, as well as those in parallel industries.
